Nice experience there. Clean hotel with excellent and particularly good location in Atami close enough to the hill to the right of the bay and the town centre. Beautiful and big size room with Japanese decor.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I was incredibly impressed by a few key points. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to transportation options and plenty of amenities nearby. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any needs or questions I had. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was absolutely delicious. I was delighted by the wide variety of choices, including some tasty vegetarian options. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

I loved the affordable prices of this hotel. The meals were served in a huge hall but the variety and quantities of dishes were unbelievable. The spacious rooms were equipped with basic amenities and the staff were friendly and accommodating. This hotel's location in the town center was very convenient for sightseeing. I also enjoyed coffee and tea served in a separate small room.

Lifts were slow for many people staying there, but it didn't ruin my experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The shuttle bus service was incredibly convenient for getting to and from the train stations. The variety of onsen available in the hotel and the opportunity to visit other nearby hotels was such a treat. The lavish buffet breakfast had the best vegetarian dishes we've ever had in Atami. The combination room we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. we highly recommend this hotel for a restful and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was spacious and perfect for those travelling with families or large groups. the buffet offered a variety of traditional Japanese dishes and unlimited drinks. the hot springs were fantastic and included both indoor and outdoor areas.

The hotel was quite outdated and in need of some refurbishment. the furniture and fittings were a bit old-fashioned and may not appeal to all guests.

Our hotel on the hill provided easy access to tourist spots and was conveniently located on Atami Ginza close to restaurants. the large room had twin beds and a sofa bed, while the bathroom featured a standard-sized long bath. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. the hotel even had free PCs for guest use and a shuttle service to nearby locations, including 3 other hotsprings.

The hotel could improve on the outdated carpeting in some areas.

The only thing we can take away from our stay is that the onsen was very relaxing after a long day. The location was ideal- close to many restaurants and attractions. However, you really can't enjoy it in such an outdated room.

The room was not only outdated but also dirty. It was especially disheartening since we were promised a relaxing weekend together.
